Primary School Edition - Tour
AdminPro is the complete software solution for your Primary School. It has been developed in Ireland specifically for Irish Primary Schools. The software is constantly evolving based on requirements from the users. The system now holds a comprehensive amount of information that a school needs to hold.
The software will continue to evolve in the years to come. For example, graphs of Sigma/Micra test results are currently being considered.
Pupil Details
This screen shows the general information held on pupils. The five items under the Other Details heading are user definable so you can call these whatever you like. The buttons open up the relevant screens as shown below.

Pupil Testing
The system allows the entry of any type of standardised testing e.g. MICRA-T ,SIGMA-T, Drumcondra Tests, etc.

A report can be printed of results for a class. The results can be viewed on the Pupil Details screen.

Parent / Teacher Meetings
Specify the dates and times (before and after lunch) for the meetings. Automatically organises all the pupils in the school into the dates and times specified in the option above. This program attempts to set up the meetings whereby each parents meetings for their children are one after the other. Schedules for teachers and parents and notice slips can be printed out

School Grants
The system allows the tracking of all school grants received and the various purchases of items with the grants.

Text Messaging
Individual parents can be texted straight from the Pupil and Parent screens in AdminPro

The module can also be used to send text messages to groups of parents. A text can be sent to all parents. This is useful in the case of the school being closed on short notice. A text can be sent to all parents that have pupils in a particular class or year. A text can sent to all parents of pupils of a certain age range. This is useful to contact parents when certain age groups are eligible for outings, competitions, etc.
